What services does FutureHire offer?
FutureHire provides two core packages: a Résumé & Cover Letter service for CAD 70, and a Career Bundle for CAD 100, which includes résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn profile text, job-search tips, target-company list, and one LinkedIn image set. Add-ons include a 2-day rush delivery for CAD 90

How do I place an order?
Every purchase is payment-first. After completing payment via our website, you’ll be redirected to our intake form to upload your current outdated résumé, cover letter (if any), and supporting documents. You’ll also supply your email, order number, target job title, links to 2–3 job postings, work history, education, skills, and preferences. Delivery countdown begins once your intake is complete.

What is the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is within four calendar days of receiving full intake materials. If you select the rush option, we guarantee delivery in two calendar days.

Can I request revisions?
All purchases are final with no revisions built into the process. However, if FutureHire introduces any errors, we will correct them at no extra charge.

What file formats will I receive?
All documents are delivered in PDF, Microsoft Word, and OpenDocument formats. LinkedIn profile text is supplied as plain copy-and-paste text, and LinkedIn images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG or PNG files.

How do you ensure ATS-compatibility?
Every résumé is designed with modern ATS-friendly formatting, optimized keywords, and clear structure so you can apply with confidence to today’s applicant-tracking systems.

What if I don’t complete the intake form?
If intake materials are missing, you’ll receive an Intake Missing Items Reminder email. Your four-day delivery window only begins after we have all required information.

How is my personal information handled?
Files are stored securely, encrypted and deleted after 30 days unless you request earlier deletion. We process your data solely to deliver purchased services and never share it with third parties.

Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds but will correct any errors introduced by FutureHire at no cost, in compliance with Canadian consumer protection.

What geographic regions do you serve?
FutureHire services are available Canada-wide, including remote and hybrid preferences.
